Is it possible to pay via Direct Bank Payments?
Yes, select your desired plan and then choose "Direct Debit". We will send you an email with a link to setup a direct debit and we'll debit the correct amount from your nominated bank account upon completion.

Will I pay extra for new features as they are introduced?
No, new features listed in this pricing table will be delivered free of charge when available.

What happens if I reach a usage limit?
We'll notify you via email and request either an upgrade to a higher level plan, or where feasible, a capacity addition.

Can I change from one plan to another at any time?
It's possible to upgrade at any time, however it is only possible to downgrade at the end of the contract period (either monthly or annually).

What does "fair usage policy" mean?
Sometimes it is better to operate a variable usage allowance which can be assessed occasionally as to whether is fair and appropriate for your account. If we deem that usage is outside fair usage, we will contact you and explain why. We'll then expect to reach agreement around an additional charge or a commitment from you to reduce usage.

What are the costs for additional Microsoft Azure Services above allowances, if I required?
At time of writing, an extra Logic App costs £15 per month and additional storage costs £10 per £1Gb.

Why would I need "higher volume API"?
The higher volume API allowances on Enterprise allow for intensive use of the API, in scenarios where systems are deeply integrated. The "regular volume API" is only enough for basic creation, updates and closing of work items based around a few per day per user.

Will be credited, if I cancel my subscription?
No credits apply but cancellation will occur at the end of the contract period (either monthly or annually).
